The Premium Detectable X-Wide Strip (7.5 x 2.5cm) is a high-visibility, metal-detectable plaster engineered specifically for food manufacturing and processing environments. Bright blue in colour and embedded with a metal strip, these plasters are fully compatible with food safety metal detection systems — providing dual-layer contamination protection and supporting HACCP compliance in hygiene-critical workplaces.
The wider-than-standard strip format delivers enhanced wound coverage, while the SupaSorb™ non-stick absorbent pad manages exudate and protects the wound without adhering to the injury site. SupaBond™ high-performance adhesive ensures a firm, lasting hold, and the waterproof, oil- and grease-resistant backing keeps the dressing secure through the demanding conditions of food production environments. Latex-free and hypoallergenic for safe, all-day wear.
