The Rebotec Fox & Fixi YANO Anterior Forearm Walker is a safe, versatile, and colourful German-made mobility aid designed for children who require forearm support while walking. Available in two models — Fixi and Fox — this paediatric anterior walker encourages an upright walking position, helps improve arm strength and dexterity, and supports natural gait development in home, school, and clinical therapy settings across Australia.
Three handle types are supplied with each walker — standard, ellipse, and spade — ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic grip tailored to each child’s needs. Dual-action brakes operated via squeeze handles provide fingertip control for safe stopping, while puncture-proof airless tyres and large swivel castors deliver maximum safety and manoeuvrability on a variety of surfaces. Five-step height-adjustable forearm supports allow precise customisation as the child grows. Foldable for easy storage and transport between home, school, and therapy appointments.
