Place the injured arm in the sling with the elbow positioned at the closed end and fingers exposed.

Wrap the strap behind the shoulder and over the opposite side of the neck.

Thread the hook-and-loop strap through the loop (Velcro side facing up) and adjust until the arm is well supported.

Press the Velcro strap to secure and ensure the foam strip rests on the shoulder.

Readjust if discomfort occurs.
