Delivery Timeframes

All deliveries are made 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday by our chosen courier. Delivery times after dispatch:

  • Brisbane (QLD): 2-4 business days
  • Sydney (NSW): 2-4 business days
  • Canberra (ACT): 2-4 business days
  • Melbourne (VIC): 2-3 business days
  • Hobart (TAS): 4-7 business days
  • Adelaide (SA): 3-6 business days
  • Perth (WA): 7-10 business days
  • Darwin (NT): 7 business days

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping on orders under $299 (Australia-wide).

Express shipping rates: $25 per order. Free standard shipping on all orders over $299, metro and regional areas included.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Track via our website or the carrier's service.

  • Ship to P.O. Box? Yes, but express may not be available for P.O. Boxes and orders over 5kg.

  • For extended hires a surcharge of up to 50% to the additional hired rate.

  • All items must be returned cleaned & in good order.

Exchanges:
\nItems invoiced at full rental rate may be exchanged for size or similar, within a reasonable time frame, production must pay delivery both ways. \n \nPayment Methods: \n

  • The minimum hire fee must be paid upfront before they leave for hire.

  • Additional charges (i.e) additional hire hours, cleaning fees, damages. Payment accepted via Invoicing.

  • A ‘Terms of Hire Agreement’ maybe required.

  • In the event of damage or cleaning required after the hire additional charges will apply.

\nReal Medical Staff Hire:  \n \nPlease note: A minimum 5-hour call-out fee applies for each medical staff hire.
