Description
Description
The CONTEC CMS6800 6 Parameter Portable Vital Signs Monitor is a compact, lightweight, and versatile multi-parameter patient monitor designed for continuous monitoring of critical vital signs in adults, children, and neonates. Suitable for hospitals, clinics, emergency and transport monitoring, operating rooms, ICUs, paediatric and neonatal care, and rehabilitation and recovery settings across Australia, the CMS6800 delivers comprehensive clinical monitoring in a portable 3.5 kg unit.
The 8-inch colour TFT LCD display shows up to eight real-time waveforms and full monitoring parameters simultaneously. Integrated monitoring parameters include ECG (3-lead/5-lead with arrhythmia and ST-segment analysis), RESP (impedance-based with apnea alarm), SpO₂ (digital anti-motion and low-perfusion technology), PR, NIBP (manual/AUTO/STAT modes for adult, paediatric, and neonate), and dual-channel TEMP. Advanced functions include ST-segment analysis, arrhythmia detection, HRV analysis, pacemaker detection, and drug calculation. The built-in rechargeable lithium battery ensures uninterrupted monitoring during patient movement, and optional connectivity supports integration with a central monitoring system via wired, Wi-Fi, or 3G. A fanless design ensures quiet operation, and the unit is defibrillation-proof with surgical unit protection.
