Yes. We offer 30-day credit terms for approved businesses, government departments, schools, and not-for-profits. Larger accounts with extended terms are available on application. Yes. Our workplace and industry-specific kits are built to meet Safe Work Australia guidelines and the relevant state-based WHS regulations. We offer kits suitable for low-risk, high-risk, vehicle, marine, remote, and industry-specific environments — and we can also customise contents to match your workplace risk assessment.

Yes. All medical and therapeutic products we sell are approved by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and meet relevant Australian standards. If you need a Certificate of Conformity or specific compliance documentation, just ask.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All non-consumable products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. Consumable items (bandages, dressings, tape, etc.) aren't covered by warranty but are still protected under the Australian Consumer Law. To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if possible.

Our returns policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. For change of mind: contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, your tax invoice serves as proof of purchase, refunds are issued as store credit with original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee deducted, and return postage is at the customer's expense. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: contact us as soon as possible — we may ask for photos to assess the issue and lodge a claim with our carrier. Depending on the situation, we'll offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund, exchange, or repair.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are: Melbourne (VIC) 2–4 business days, Sydney (NSW) 2–4 business days, Brisbane (QLD) 2–4 business days, Canberra (ACT) 2–4 business days, Adelaide (SA) 3–6 business days, Hobart (TAS) 4–7 business days, Darwin (NT) 6–8 business days, Perth (WA) 6–10 business days. Regional and remote areas may take a few extra days. These timeframes are estimates from our carriers and aren't guaranteed.

Orders placed before the cutoff time on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. We'll send you a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
