Do I need to book a technician at all?
No. Every service happens by post — we send you the full replacement set, you swap it in yourself, and post the old one back.
How often will I get a new set?
You choose — every month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Match it to how often your industry actually uses first aid supplies.
What happens to my old modules?
Post them back in the same reply-paid satchel we send you. We handle disposal responsibly, at no extra cost.
Can I change my frequency later?
Yes, you can change how often you receive a new set at any time — there's no lock-in contract.
