Including both adult (BIG/A) and paediatric (BIG/P) training injectors, the kit enables realistic, repeatable practice of rapid IO access — a critical skill for situations where traditional IV access is not possible. The Auto Reloader allows trainees to reset and repeat insertion practice without manual disassembly, maximising training efficiency and session throughput. Trainees can connect to standard infusion equipment to simulate administering fluids, medications, and blood products in a controlled, risk-free environment.
