All deliveries are made 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday by our chosen courier. Delivery times after dispatch:

- Melbourne (VIC): 2-3 business days
- Hobart (TAS): 4-7 business days

Standard shipping on orders under $299 (Australia-wide).
Express shipping rates: $25 per order. Free standard shipping on all orders over $299, metro and regional areas included.

A fully refundable $500 security bond is required for all equipment rentals. This bond is held as a security deposit for the duration of your rental period and will be refunded in full once the equipment is returned on time and in the same condition as it was received.
Bond Refund Conditions
- Equipment is returned on or before the agreed return date
- Equipment is returned in the same condition as delivered — no damage, missing accessories, or excessive wear
- All included accessories (cables, pads, carry case, etc.) are returned with the unit
Bond Deductions May Apply If
- Equipment is returned late — additional daily rental charges will apply
- Equipment is returned damaged or in a condition beyond normal wear
- Accessories or components are missing upon return
Refund Process
- Bond refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the equipment being inspected upon return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
