The QuikClot EMS Starter Pack is an essential bleeding control bundle for EMS providers, combining three proven QuikClot haemostatic products in a single pack. The EMS 4×4 Dressing is a sterile, soft, nonwoven haemostatic dressing impregnated with kaolin — an inorganic mineral that activates Factor XII to accelerate the body’s natural clotting process. Compared to standard gauze, QuikClot delivers superior results in reducing blood loss and promoting stronger clot formation, helping to minimise exposure to bloodborne pathogens and reduce equipment decontamination time.
