How to Use
- Locate the tick
- Remove cap and practice short sprays (less than 1 second) to test
- Use the “bookmask” to shield the surrounding skin
- Warn the person — a brief sting may occur
- Aim carefully at the tick without touching it
- Spray briefly — just enough to freeze it
- Apply antiseptic to the bite site
- Wait 10+ minutes — the tick’s jaws will release as it dies
- Gently brush away the tick once released
- Apply antiseptic again
- Monitor for symptoms — seek medical help if a rash or unusual symptoms appear
