The Waterproof Film Dressing (10 × 12 cm, Box of 3) by Aero Healthcare is a sterile, ultra-thin transparent dressing designed to protect minor wounds, clean skin, and I.V. insertion sites from water, bacteria, and body fluids. The breathable polyurethane film maintains a moist wound environment while allowing moisture vapour exchange — supporting optimal healing conditions without maceration.
SupaBond hypoallergenic adhesive provides a strong, consistent hold that resists edge lift even during activity, while remaining gentle on sensitive skin. Latex-free and suitable for all skin types, these dressings are ideal for patients with latex sensitivities. The clear, transparent film allows continuous visual monitoring of the wound or I.V. site without the need for removal, reducing unnecessary dressing changes and minimising disruption to the healing process.
An integrated frame applicator ensures accurate, crease-free placement with minimal handling — even on curved body areas — making application fast and hygienic for both clinical professionals and first aid responders. Each dressing is sterile and single-use.
